Beginning of a new catalogue, Rim Federation Survivalist v09!

Lots to edit, lots to write, but the second catalogue now has a frame. Orbital scans to plan future delves, life tethers to expand survivability from access nodes, lots of Use# items for the nanoforge expansions. This one is bones with some meat, hopefully I'll get meat enough for it to be a working standalone.

I've got the bones for the Huldra catalogue on desk as well, KPIs oh joy, but I think I want to try to tackle the catalogues in between working the planet. Getting the Crust done, then I can make shopping a bit shinier.
