The Quality of Lustre is a one-page, rules-light TTRPG or mod to tack onto whatever TTRPG you're playing if you want a spicier loot interaction.  Quick built and used when no dice available, but we have hands, scraps of paper, writing utensils, and a desire to heckle and haggle.
